Another Ultra Budget 4G Android Phablet with Dual Band WiFi and GPS

At 10.1 inches, the Teclast 98 is the biggest Phablet you can find. It is a low end budget tablet that natively supports 4G LTE, and also has GPS and Dual Band WiFi Support. It is similar to the Voyo Q101 in almost all specs. Although there are slight differences between the two, these are good options for those looking for a pure Android Tablet and a cheap multimedia tablet.

Voyo Q101 or the Teclast 98

Well, it is no question that these two tablets are similar spec and also closely priced. Although there are a few differences to mention. The Voyo Q101 has a slightly bigger battery at 5000mAh, and is also thinner at 9mm. Aside from that, both tablets offer basically similar user experience and build quality.

  1. Hi Vincent,

For the following usage which of the 10.1 tablets would you advise from the 100-150(maybe 200)USD range?
    VOYO Q101 – 1.5×8, 5000mAh
    TECLAST 98 – Same
    Cube U83 – 1.3×8, 6000mAh

usage preference: GPS use for outdoor maps (hiking, trekking, cycling), Heartstone (no 3d games), movies (1080p), browsing.

Mostly concerned about build quality. Is there any other 10.1 tablet/2in1 with GPS+Compass with reasonable price for this range? Or any reliable way to get GPS position without built-in GPS?

    Regards

      1. Thanks for the answer. I’m gonna buy Voyo, mainly because Cube lacks GSM (thus mobile net) capability.
