The Onda oBook 11 Ultrabook is another two in one tablet that also work as a versatile laptop. Similar to the Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate, although cheaper in this regard, both tablets offer almost similar features and hardware. Basically, these devices are mere tablets with non removable keyboards attached, reminiscent also to the design of the Lenovo Yoga.

Cheaper than the Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate

Surprisingly, compared to the Voyo A1 Plus, the Onda oBook 11 is considerably cheaper, with only minor differences in specs. Powered by the newest Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5-Z8300 Processor, a successor to the Bay Trail Z3735F. It also comes with 4 GB Low power DDR3 RAM, 64 GB eMMC storage and Expandable storage via TF-Card Support. The tablet also comes with a bright 11.6 inch IPS display with a 1080p FHD resolution.

USB 3.0, 4K video ouput, Ultrathin and a 30Wh battery

So what are some interesting features of the oBook 11? The tablet supports natively USB 3.0 and also 4K video output via the Micro HDMI port. Furthermore, the battery is rated to last up to 7 hours of typical usage, which is quite good for an Ultrabook, especially if you travel a lot. The battery pack is on the tablet itself and also a spare is on the Keyboard region, which gives it more endurance and thus lasts longer than other tablets.

A perfect travel companion and cheap too

A sub$200 Ultrabook that offers great features such as USB 3.0 and Retina Display is definitely worth looking at. Onda also advertises the tablet to have long battery life, specifically rated at 7 hours is more than enough for most users. I think it is ideal for students who are on a budget who wants a good tablet and also a versatile laptop. Although it might not give you much power than a full fledge laptop, the Cherry Trail processor underneath is good enough for most tasks.
